HEDIS 2011 a Success for HDVI Clients

The HEDIS 2011 season is coming to an end and the results are in. HDVI has delivered on all performance benchmarks and significantly contributed to HEDIS Hybrid project success for its clients.
The MRCS platform had no unscheduled outages or downtime and has performed as expected in every aspect during the project season.
2011 has also been the first season during which HDVI has offered its comprehensive performance guarantees. The company considers the guarantees a success and will offer them to all renewing and new clients (where applicable).
